Delete your iDrive2 account
You can delete your iDrive2 account and its associated data at any time. The quickest way is from inside the app; if you can no longer sign in, email us and we will do it for you.
From the app
- Open iDrive2 and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion begins immediately.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email support@idrive2app.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership before acting, and complete verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo and any identity or licence documents you uploaded are erased, along with your messages and your account credentials.
What is kept, and why
Records of completed lessons and payments are retained where the law requires it — Bahrain's tax and commercial rules oblige us to keep transaction records for a set period. These are held in a restricted form, are no longer linked to your profile, and are deleted once the retention period ends.
